Fashion Roundup: Week of Nov. 4-10
Come with us on a globe-spanning tour of the best golf looks we could find
  Mickey Brown // 11.8.2019

This week’s stop on the Asian Tour takes us to Thailand, where we find Miguel Tabuena of the Philippines in this geometry-inspired top and—we’re going to call them—aqua pants (whether these two pieces should be worn together is a topic for another day).

Thomas Pieters (left) and Patrick Reed both went with the black-on-black look in the pro-am at the Turkish Airlines Open, this week’s stop on the European Tour.

Rashid Khan and his cartoonish club headcover flash matching smiles during the pro-am at the Thailand Open, this week’s stop on the Asian Tour.

Shades of turquoise were out in full force during the first round at the Turkish Airlines Open. From left to right: Sebastian Soderberg, Victor Perez, Steven Brown, and Adrian Otaegui.

This monochromatic look is working for China’s Haotong Li.

Clearly inspired by the winged creatures on his brightly colored bucket hat, Thaya Lipipolpaibul made six birdies in the first round of the Thailand Open on his way to a five-under 66 and a tie for third.

There was a lot of matching going on during the first round at the Turkish Airlines Open. Sam Horsfield (left), Patrick Reed (middle), and Tom Lewis all appear to wearing different colored versions of the same shirt...

... as do Justin Harding (left) and Joachim B. Hansen.

Sayaka Takahashi made some noise with her play (shooting a 2-under 70) and her pants in the first round of the TOTO Japan Classic, a tournament jointly sanctioned by the LPGA and LPGA of Japan tours.

Jiyai Shin is back this week with another animal-adorned shirt by M・U Sports (let’s hope she stayed out of the—wait for it—ruff on this shot).

Mamiko Higa is the epitome of cool in this well-coordinated outfit.

Hinako Shibuno, aka “The Smiling Cinderella,” finds herself in the roundup for the second week in a row, and it’s no wonder why, as she has shown a penchant for putting together looks that are never flashy but always fashionable (we especially like the red collar from her undershirt giving her a pop of color).

Saki Asai is wearing the heck out of these wondrous pants made by Loudmouth, the brand made famous by John Daly.

This shirt cannot camouflage the fact that Natthaphat Harnchokchaiskul is playing outstanding golf this week at the Thailand Open: The amateur, who gained entry into the tournament just a few days before it started, is tied for the lead through two rounds.

A trio of fellas looking pretty in pink during the second round at the Turkish Airlines Open (l-r): Richie Ramsay, Jason Scrivener, and Robert McIntyre.

It wasn’t Sunday, but Tiger still wore his trademark color in announcing the captain’s picks (one of whom was Gary Woodland, pictured here) for the Presidents Cup.
